Personal Information you provide: When you sign up for our products and services, we will collect your email address and mobile phone number to create your account. In addition, you will need to provide your business name, address, phone number, email address, and tax number to complete the application process. We collect this information to audit and verify your account in the background to protect our products, services, and data from fraud or malicious usage. We may also ask you to provide website and social media links for your business if you consent. When you contact us via our support system, we may collect the personal, business, and device information you provide in the support ticket. We may combine all the information you submit to provide you with a better experience and improve the quality of our products.
Location data: We may receive information that can be used to approximate a location, for example, IP address, and we will use it to improve the experience, like routing to nearest and fastest server.
Crash and usage data: We may receive anonymous crash and usage data of your device and our APP.
Other sites: This Privacy Policy applies to Pii Mobile Limited's services, products and websites only.
In addition to the above, we may use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services and develop new services; and
Protect the rights or property of Pii Mobile Limitd or our users.
If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
We processes personal information on our servers in New Zealand, Austrialia and United States. In some cases, we process personal information outside your own country.
INFORMATION SHARING
We only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Pii Mobile Limited in the following limited circumstances:
We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.

If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.
